Emergencies

Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing in Toronto?
Yes. Plumbing emergencies don't wait for business hours, so our team is on call 24/7 across Toronto and the GTA for burst pipes, flooding, sewer backups, and no-hot-water situations. Call +1 (647) 919-3677 any time.
What should I do while I wait for an emergency plumber?
Shut off the main water valve (usually near where the water line enters the house), turn off the water heater if it's leaking, move valuables away from the water, and avoid using drains that are backing up.
Where is my main water shut-off valve?
In most GTA homes it's in the basement on the front wall, near the water meter. In condos it's usually in a closet or under the kitchen or bathroom sink. We can show you during any visit.
Do you charge extra for after-hours calls?
After-hours emergency calls may carry a different rate. We'll always tell you the cost before any work begins.

Pricing & Estimates

Do you provide free estimates?
Yes — we provide free, upfront estimates for installations, renovations, and larger projects, so you know the cost before any work begins.
How do you price your work?
We assess the problem first and give you an upfront price before starting. No hidden fees and no surprises on the invoice.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship — if something isn't right with work we completed, call us and we'll make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept common payment methods including e-transfer, credit and debit. Details are confirmed with your quote.

Plumbing Services

How often should drains be cleaned?
For most homes, every 1–2 years is enough. Restaurants and buildings with heavy use may need cleaning every few months.
How long does a water heater last?
Most tank water heaters last 8–12 years; tankless units can last 20 years with proper maintenance. Rusty water, leaks or not enough hot water are signs it's time to replace.
Do I need a backwater valve?
Many Toronto homes benefit from a backwater valve, which helps prevent sewage backing up into the basement during heavy rain. We can assess your home and install one.
Can you install a toilet I bought myself?
Yes. We install customer-supplied toilets, sinks and fixtures, and can also supply them for you.

Commercial & Buildings

Do you work with property managers and condo buildings?
Yes. We regularly handle riser renovations, mechanical room upgrades, and ongoing maintenance for multi-unit residential and commercial buildings, coordinating directly with property managers to minimize disruption to residents.
What is a riser renovation?
Risers are the vertical pipes that carry water and drainage between floors in multi-unit buildings. A riser renovation replaces aging risers to stop leaks, discoloured water and pressure problems.
Do you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. Most of our building projects are completed while residents or tenants remain in place, with planned shut-offs and advance notices.
